Abstract
The study is organized into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, where the results are presented in the order they appear in the research, followed by a list of sources and references. The first chapter focuses on the grammatical directives that Ibn Malik revised in his book Al-Tashil concerning sentences. This chapter is divided into two sections: the first discusses his revisions related to nominal sentences and their governing elements, while the second examines the changes in his approach to verbal sentences and their complements, highlighting significant development in his grammatical perspective. The second chapter addresses Ibn Malik's revisions in other areas of grammar, divided into four sections. The first section examines his revisions regarding built-in (mabni) structures, while the second focuses on the vocative style. The third section discusses his revisions in conditional sentences, and the chapter concludes with an exploration of his revisions in the area of appositives (al-tawaabi') in the fourth section. This detailed structure provides a comprehensive view of the grammatical changes adopted by Ibn Malik, shedding light on his progressive methodology in addressing grammatical rules.
