This research attempts to discuss and analyze the process of perception as an important and complex process،which is the subject of many sciences. It also attempts to investigate the social and cultural principles، that influence the process of perception, because perception, as a psychological and cognitive process, plays an important role in the act of understanding،this is important for the continuity of communication in individuals' daily lives. That is, one of the main factors in our understanding of the meaning and purpose of expressions in everyday speech in our various professions and social relationships are the social and cultural principles that members of different social classes of society follow and rely on to understand purpose. Therefore, the relationship between social and cultural principles and their influence on perception is an effective factor in perception and understanding of the purpose and meaning of our expressions, Sociocultural principles also play a significant role in shaping individual perceptions and influence how they make sense of the world around them. Therefore, social and cultural factors play a role in how individuals perceive, interpret and apply the world around them.
