Abstract

This paper attempts to uncover the truth of probing and division, its importance and types, and on this basis the grammatical material was classified, its most prominent phenomena were discussed, and concluded with a statement of the effect of probing and division on the origins of Arabic grammar. The nature of the research, after examining its main ideas, necessitated its division into three topics, preceded by an introduction, and ending with a conclusion. The Introduction includes the importance of the research, its motives, its problem, its questions, its methodology, and previous studies. The first section is devoted to the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of probing and division.The second is concerned with the truth of probing and division, its importance and types and the third tackles probing and division applications in linguistic origins. The research part is the conclusion which sums up the findings of the study.
