Abstract

All praise is for Alláh, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Alláh, the Finality of the Prophets, and upon his family, Companions and anyone that follows in their footsteps until the Day of Judgement. The time is considered an important function basis, it has an apparent role in many grammatical branches, as an example, the parts of speech and some Arabic grammar rules, the comprehending of the role of time was an important factor to determine the semantics and its work together, although it could be inserted under semantics section, but it differs other classic semantics by its adverbially concept, it may be also determined it by the Quran not by the absolute vocables . This research signifies early Muslim linguists efforts to Accentuate the role of time in the grammatical classifications, considering it as a norm for certain classifications, as well as what they had already Comprehended in the differences under each section. The most important grammatical classifications which the role of time was its basis represented in three matters, they were made as a three section into this research as shown below: Section One: The role of time in the verbs classifications. Section Two: The role of time in the relative verbs classifications. Section Three: The role of time in the grammatical particles classifications.
