Abstract

This research aims to highlight part of the book (Sharah Al-Qasara Fi Al-Tasrif) by the Ottoman scholar Ali Bin Bali, nicknamed Manq Al-Roumi (died. 994 AH), In which he explained the book (Al-Qasara Fi Al-Tasrif) by Alaa Al-Din Al-Khujandi (died. 830 AH). This research is specific to one of the pillars of the science of morphology, which is (an explanation of the types of changes from assimilation, ellipsis, and metathesis). Through him, we learn about the linguistic personality of Manq Al-Roumi, his method of explanation, his method of presenting the material, and his way of clarifying the issues of this chapter.
