Abstract

The subject of overlapping literary genres occupied the minds of many critics and writers alike, due to its great importance, as it became a basic pillar of literary writing. We stand on an important Iraqi narrative achievement, which is the novel (The Pomegranate River) by the writer Shawky Karim as a model, because this novel carries philosophical and poetic loads at the same time, and on this basis the research was divided into an entrance and two axesstudents at solving the problems that they encounter while they write their research writing projects
